Katy Trail State Park is the longest developed rail-trail in the country, and it all starts in Clinton. Whether you are a cyclist, walker, horse rider, nature lover, or history buff, the trail offers something for you. The park, built on the former cooridor of the Missouri-Kansas-Texas Railroad (MKT or "Katy"), is 225 miles long and runs from Clinton to St. Charles.
