Located on Missouri Highway 7, the city-owned Gerhart Industrial Park is situated on a four-lane highway within two miles of Missouri Highways 13, 18 and 52. Lots are available in a variety of sizes. Enhanced Enterprise Zone
The Enhanced Enterprise Zone (EEZ) is designed to stimulate ecomonic growth through job creation and capital investment. Eligible businesses may qualify for state income tax credits and property tax abatement. Unused EEZ tax credits may be refunded, sold, transferred or assigned. The EEZ covers a large part of Henry County, including the cities of Calhoun, Clinton, Deepwater, Montrose, Urich and Windsor. Some unincorporated areas also are covered. The Small Business & Techonology Center at the State Fair Community College uses federal, state and private resources to assist small businesses (fewer than 500 employees).
Clinton Main Street
Clinton is proud of its historic downtown square, one of the largest in the nation, and aims to keep the district a hub of activity. To that end, Clinton Main Street proudly offers a Revolving Loan Fund for downtown businesses as a way to help with renovations, fixed assets, inventory, operating capital or other expenses.
