- Offices of the Parks & Recreation Department
- Two furnished meetings rooms/classrooms with marker boards and some AV equipment available (occupancy of approximately 25-30)
- Gymnasium suitable for full-court and half-court basketball, volleyball and other appropriate activities
- Bleacher seating for spectators
- Locker room and shower facilities (handicap accessible)
Second Floor*
- Indoor running/walking track – one-tenth mile
- Workout area for fitness classes, such as aerobics and Tae Kwan Do
- Wellness areas outfitted with treadmills and other equipment and free weights
- Offices of wellness educators from Golden Valley Memorial Hospital
