Rates reflect a 25% discount. Nonprofit groups include (must present proof of nonprofit status): 501c(3) organizations Local Schools (public/private), local churches and local civic groups(e.g., Rotary or Optimist Club, Chamber of Commerce) hosting local events. Regional meetings or events will be charged the standard rate.

*Cummings Meeting Room and Foyer have a three-hour minimum requirement.
+ No charges will incur for the Foyer if the Multipurpose Room or Cummings Room also are rented.
Note: An additional $100 fee will apply to rentals on City of Clinton holidays.
